I wanted to make a quick list of all the great YouTubes/Podcasts etc. that have really helped me in the past year or so to stay positive during a nasty Endometriosis flare.
Everything from blogging to pushing through pain and endometriosis – here it is!

Hubspot offers free online training for small business/e-commerce/marketing/blogging/SEO and more.
Google itself has some very specific online courses available, such as the YouTube Academy linked below, (which I still have not done!)
Even just using Google search to look for inspiration, tutorials and coaches has been super handy too.

Demi gets real about her struggle with addiction, bipolar disorder, mental health issues and past loves.
The Power Of Now – Eckhart Tolle
I found this book at a time I was really lost and it was a god send.
It was my first real introduction to the importance of mindfulness and how to best achieve it.
It’s VERY spiritual and has a bit of religious jargon, but if you can keep an open mind and focus on the message he’s trying to get across, it has some really powerful messages.

The Neuroscience Of Mindfulness – Stan Rodski
This is another book about mindfulness, (obviously) but it’s written by a neuroscientist, so it comes from a more scientific stand-point.
You might want to get a pen and paper out, but he does simplify everything in a super-easy-to-understand way, with tones of exercises and info on how they affect the brain.

This one talks about the effects of dairy and sugar and it’s mind-blowing.
Definitely worth a watch, especially if you have kids.

In this episode, she meets with a pelvic floor physio who gives some good massaging techniques to help with both relaxing and strengthening the pelvic floor.
(The ball one is my go-to for cramps when I’m out and about, I even keep a little massage ball in my handbag!)

I really love this video and try to watch it as a refresher a few times every year.
It’s easy to forget how much actually happens throughout our cycles and this gives a great guide to what you should be doing throughout the different stages.
