Hey Beauty Queen!

Thanks for checking in 🙂

Making yourself feel pretty on the outside is one of the many ways you can feel a little bit better on the inside.

Endometriosis symptoms include a range of issues that directly affect the skin. Anything from hormonal breakouts to eye bags from iron deficiency aren’t all-that uncommon, (it’s the story of my life).

I’m here to share all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way to fight the visible signs of being sick. I’m hoping these will help you look your best when you might not necessarily be feeling it too.

Remember, as helpful as beauty routines can be, never try to hide your natural beauty! Makeup can be great for fun and creating dramatic looks, but learning to love the skin you’re in is much more important.

Listen, I don’t have all my shit together either. Some days, loving what you see in the mirror can be a little challenging! That’s when I’ll turn to my beauty routines, while also reminding myself that I can’t always control my skin/appearance, (and that’s really not the end of the world, or defining of me as a person).

I hope after reading this you’ll give yourself a bit of self-love, remind yourself no one else in the world is like you, then go about your day being the gorgeous queen you really are!

Sending love, hugs and pain-free days
